Last week, the owners of already well-known PokerCompany.com announced the acquisition of a new domain, Poker.org. They paid for the domain the biggest sum ever paid for an .org domain, a round 1 million US dollars.

“Poker.org is an integral part of our growth strategy, and will provide great dividends now and into the future,” said PokerCompany.com, the buyer of Poker.org.

Same company, PokerCompany.com,  paid a sum of 298,000 USD back in 2007 for Blackjack.org, another domain from their portfolio.

Also into their portfolio of sites, we can find RakeBack.org, Craps.net, InsideBet.com, Loyalty.net and EveryPoker.com.
